I’m Tyler Long, I live in Branson, Missouri with my wife, Kas, and my 2 kiddos, Maverick and Saylor! My journey through leadership has profoundly shaped my mission today. Serving over five years as the Executive Pastor at Bloom Church, I experienced firsthand the unique challenges and isolation that second-chair leaders often encounter. This realization sparked my passion for providing support, community, and strategies to those in similar roles, ensuring they are not only effective in their positions but also thriving personally and professionally.
As founder of Legacy Leadership Group and an Executive Director on the John Maxwell team, I have embraced the complexities of leadership and the importance of continuous personal development. These experiences have culminated in the expertise of coaching and developing the leaders around me.
With Co-Pilot, my aim is to empower Second-Chair Leaders by offering them the tools and community needed to navigate their roles with confidence and health. Together, we can transform the challenges of leadership into opportunities for growth and significant impact.
